FAQs

Does each price include delivery?

No. The prices are specifically for the print of your magazine. Due to the variations involved in the print of magazines we like to determine each delivery charge individually. By doing this there is no risk of overcharging you by displaying generic prices.

What if you aren't advertising what I'm looking for?

Do not worry – the prices displayed on the website are an overview of our more basic print runs. If there is a more specific job you have in mind, please get in contact and we'll be able to provide you with precise costs for your needs.

What type of files do you take?

Our online file uploader accepts PDF files. If this isn't applicable to you we are able to accept differing files manually, but PDF upload is by far the quickest and easiest form of supplying your magazine content.

Do you provide proofs?

We will provide you with a digital proof made available to you via your client login. This will be an example of how your printed artwork will look. Once happy with these proofs, you sign them off and send your magazine to print.

How long will it take to print my magazine?

We will take five working days to print and deliver your magazine. If there are strict timescales, we may be able to shorten this turnaround to suit your needs.

When does the turnaround time start from?

The turnaround time starts from your approval of the proofs, not from when your magazine artwork is supplied.

How do we pay?

Payment is made using our secure online payment system. We will not print any job until full payment has been made. By operating to these procedures we are able to keep costs to you as low as possible.

What if there's a problem with the artwork?

If there appears to be a problem with your artwork our print manager will be in contact with you to advise on rectifying the situation. We will not send your magazine to print if it is not a job that we would be proud to print. We will give you as much support as we possibly can in correcting any artwork.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order for magazine printing is 500 copies. However, if you have a more intricate, smaller order we'd be happy to help out.
